Essentials of Mushārakah and Mudārabah provide a comparative summary of the discussion on joint ventures and partnership as found in the major texts of the schools of Islamic law. Muhammad Abdurrahman Sadique teaches Islamic law of transactions and Islamic jurisprudence at the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
